Consultation for Parents

I offer 1,5 hours consultations for parents with a child with a visible facial difference or medical trajectory ahead.

I offer all my own experience in growing up with a visible difference and going through a medical trajectory with setbacks and successes. 

​

We look at all the questions you have and touch upon topics such as:

* dealing with reactions from family, friends, strangers.

* navigating a medical trajectory and balancing the advise of specialists against your own wishes and needs and that of your child

* going to school for the first time; how to prepare?

* building resilience for yourself and your child

* feelings of insecurity for yourself and your child

If there is more time needed, there is always the opportunity to embark on a longer journey together in the form of a coaching trajectory.
